TTHC was founded by Mike Hibbert (MSc MCIT MIHT MILT DipEng) in 2004 (mhibbert@tthc.co.uk). Mike set up TTHC in order to provide a more effective means of directing his working commitment towards client projects, following 15 years in private practice with a number of consultants. Prior to the formation of TTHC, Mike was a Director of RPS and was formerly a Technical Director of TPK Consulting.
